Listen within your heart for just one moment. Allow only the connection with your own heart to be where your focus lies. Do not be afraid to listen to your heart, for your heart is the source of All That Is and All That Will Be. It is the eternal information centre that supports you unconditionally. It is the heart centre you can rely on, when you need strength, courage, fortitude, love, compassion and understanding.  Many of you wonder what you can do to bring about change within your world. Many of you feel unable to identify with the possibility that ‘you’, yes ‘you’, on your own, can be the catalyst for change in your world. I come before you today, to tell you that ‘you’ can make a difference. Each and every one of you on your planet, can make a change.

I ask you to consider within your heart, how much you truly are doing to help  your planet at this time. It is one thing to consider that you are doing enough, but beloved ones, I beseech you to look within your hearts, and ask if you are doing all that you can do. Many times we have requested that you refrain from polluting your planet with chemicals, and yet, day in and day out, you think nothing of using chemicals within your garden. You use harmful chemicals in your toilets, your baths, and your sinks. You use harmful chemicals on your windows, so that when rain comes, it floods the land with more chemicals. You send out into the environment, masses of chemicals with your industrial plants, without one thought to what future you are creating for yourselves, your children and your children’s children.

You wonder why now, at this time, natural disasters, as you call them, are beginning to become common place around you. This is because ‘your’ time for being able to make a change, is just about exhausted. So many times we have given you guidance. So many times we have tried to awaken you all, to begin making a change. But you have all blindly continued to allow your governments to ignore the importance of this. It is time to recognise that ‘their’ focus is on money and power, not the welfare of the state. They even have the audacity to tell you it is ‘your’ fault. They tell you that ‘you’ have created global warming, when in fact they have steered you off course, because they did not put into action strict essential laws, to stop everyone from poisoning your planet, immediately.

Have you wondered why nothing has been done? The true reason is the cost involved in having to bring in these changes. I ask you all, how you can put a price on life, and the planet you live upon? You were given life to be the caretakers of your planets, and now it is sad, for time is almost up, and Mother Earth must do what she can to sustain her own life. Much of your lands will be reclaimed. If you do not value it, then you will not miss it when the waters begin to rise, and affect globally the coastal towns and villages.

Now if you live away from the coast, and you naively believe that life will be safe for you, think again. If the waters can rise once, they can rise again and again. There are not enough mountains to hold 6.5 billion people. When waters rise, so too will your sewage flood back all the chemicals that you have believed have disappeared. Just because something disappears down a plug hole, it doesn’t mean the problem has vanished or gone away. It has just gone somewhere else. When this happens you can expect a sharp increase in diseases, and for some, eventually, death.

I do not speak of this to shed doom and gloom, I speak of this because it is the truth. Change has to begin now. There is no more time beloved ones.  Planet Earth has to alter her weather patterns, to cleanse herself. She has to cleanse the power spots of negativity from thousands of years ago. The extreme weather that you will experience, is to bring transformation. The magnetic fields at this time, that surround your earth are very fragile. Mother Earth has to cleanse the energies that are affecting the magnetic fields. Life has to adjust to these changes. You cannot continue to live in your physical bodies, as you are currently doing, and rape Mother Earth of her energies. Taking of oil, crystals and important minerals from deep within the earth are robbing Mother Earth of her resources and they are not being replaced. The trees that provide you with oxygen, you tear them down. Why would you kill something that is purifying and cleansing the air that you breathe?

There are many beings on many different planets, and it is fair to say that you are the ‘only’ corporeal beings now remaining. When I say you are corporeal beings, I mean that you are beings that are material, or physical, rather than spiritual.  The experiences you are having with extreme hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, etc; are not to be viewed as bad. Whilst they will be very uncomfortable for you all, they are the only way that Mother Earth can regenerate her energies. As an example, when Mother Earth creates great storms, she uses the power of lightening to give herself an extreme power surge. Hurricanes provide Mother Earth with great cleansing, and there will be, over the next few years, many very powerful hurricanes which will greatly affect the Florida and gulf areas. These areas are very close to the Bermuda triangle, and it is the Bermuda triangle area that needs to be rebalanced and harmonised.

Now what I speak of may bring alarm, but realise that if you all do not stop the industrial pollution now, the experiences  you know as natural disasters,  will increase considerably. There is no need to pollute the environment with microwaves. Cook your food naturally. What food is left, collect and create rich fertiliser for your gardens. The very insects you seek to destroy are a part of the planet’s cleansing brigade. They may eat some of your plants, but by utilising natural oils and scents, many can be averted, without harm, to the planet or the insect concerned.

Encourage your supermarkets to stop with excess packaging. Leave the packaging at the supermarkets, do not take it home with you, when enough of you do this, your supermarkets will stop purchasing products that are heavily packaged because they won’t want to have to deal with increased rubbish. You do not need your fruit or vegetables shrink-wrapped and cushioned in polystyrene to make it look pretty. You should smell your fruit before you buy it, for if it does not smell strongly of what it should, then you will know the chemicals used to grow your fruit and vegetables have robbed it of its nutrients.

Look to cleaning your home with natural products, tea tree essential oil is an excellent anti-viral and anti-bacterial that can be used in hot water to clean your surfaces. Natural soap flakes can be used to make shampoo, washing up liquid, etc.

Look to your ancestors for the ways in which they cleaned their homes. Learn to come together to share your resources. It is much more economical to cook a large meal to share, than for all of you to cook individually.  It is much more economical to share your vehicles, than to all individually set off on the same journey.

Your planet is crying out for your help. We can only do so much. As you are of the earth, you have the ability to bring about great change. In groups, you are asked to come together, to bring influence to all those in your families, your communities, your schools, your local governments, and your world leaders.

The turmoil that you are experiencing is a result of not thinking about the consequences of your actions. As 2012 approaches, you will move from a materialistic thought process into a spiritual process.  You are leaving the age of ignorance, and the polarity of evolution in man, is becoming more apparent. Those who are negative are becoming even more negative. Those of you who are awakened are becoming more enlightened.  The natural disasters are a means of taking souls who are not ready, to make the transition into 2012. We are reincarnating them on another planet, so that they do not detract the energies of Mother Earth from entering into the new dimension. These souls will be reincarnated and able to continue their evolution, fully supported by specific angelic helpers to bring them to the spiritual level required. Think of it as having to return back to school to repeat your junior school years.

You are now entering a time of great change. You have to play your part. You have to begin living as naturally as you can, in harmony and balance with your planet.  You who are reading this are evolving. You are changing, and you have to be prepared for some of those you love, not changing. Your loved ones may well view you with mistrust. The differences in the quotient of light you both share, has to become apparent. You must do your best not to judge, or try to change these souls, for they have already chosen their pathway.  Realise that your pathway is just different to theirs.

Conservation has to be a priority. Everything you conserve, works towards conserving human life. Clean your streets of litter and pollution. Get the message of conservation to your children. Humans are so chaotic by nature. You have to become focused upon what you are doing, what products you are using, and think about whether what you are doing, or the products you are using. Support mother earth or detract energies from Mother Earth.

Stop listening to your news! Your news only focuses upon everything that is wrong within your world. It is giving energy to creating negative energies on a massive scale. Why would you wish to focus your energies on everything that is horrid, sad, disheartening and frightening? Why as a nation are you not focusing upon the triumphs, the happiness, the inspiring things that are happening in your world? If enough of you all stop watching the news and buying the newspapers, those in power will begin to ask what has happened. They will have to take notice of popular demand, if they wish to stay in business.

What you are shown on your news programmes, and in your newspapers, is a very minute percentage of what is happening within your world.  It is very narrow and misleading to the masses.  Have you considered the effect news would have on your world, if they showed humans who have just given generously to a cause; to the child who was told it couldn’t walk, now walking; to a group of people who had helped rebuild a neighbour’s house, because they were poverty stricken? The changes within humans would be phenomenal. ‘You’ have to be the ones to change. ‘You’ have to be the ones to demand that everyone else begins to shift their focus towards the positive.

Your planet is watched by many other beings. They tune in to watch your evolution, and the biggest consensus of all the other light-beings, is that the reason why your lives are so unfulfilled, is because your media, in all forms: television, newspapers, and magazines, focus on the negative aspects of life. They do not represent anything that is ‘good’ in human nature. This is why you don’t feel connected to love, happiness and peace. Your SOAPs portray people living miserable lives, having affairs, accidents or illnesses. They focus on dysfunctional families, thereby leading you to believe it is normal. Your documentaries focus upon wars, political conspiracies, gun crimes, gangs etc. This is a great way to inspire each other to be negative, deceitful, violent and abusive to each other.

You have to begin voting with your feet. If it is not supporting and feeding positive energies to mother earth, walk away. Begin looking after your planet and specifically, also, your animals. They negate negative energies around you. Archangel Metatron has commented many times, how each family should own a cat and a dog. The cat brings in the feminine energies, and the dogs bring in the masculine energies into the home. They help to ground negative energies, within your human auric field. Show love to your animals, for the benefits they bring to you are too numerous to mention.

Remember to feed the birds during winter. Don’t just buy expensive peanuts and bird seeds. Look to those stale cakes, biscuits and bread slices that you would normally flick into the bin.  Everything is recyclable; you just have to learn to think differently.

Please stop with your harsh chemicals. Time is up planet earth. If your planet dies, so too will you and your children. Take a look around you. Where you see pollution do something to bring about change. Pick up the crisp packet left on the street. Don’t step over the half-filled food carton left from an evening binge.

If you begin to pick up litter, others will join in. It has to begin with one person being willing to say, “NO MORE TO POLLUTION”.

I urge all of you to seriously connect with your heart. Let it guide you. Feel the strength of your heart beat, for you are strong and you can bring about change.
