For a while just go back to the experience of the most interesting movie you have ever watched. A movie in which you were so involved that somewhere in the show you became the actor in the story. A movie which brought the shivers, thrills, excitement and fear as if you were living it . At its peak , your heart just started beating faster, the breath heavy, eyebrows frowned, feet cold and eyes wet ……………….. and when it was too much too handle……… you decided to come out of it , intelligence prevailed and realization happened………. Oh ! what is the problem its only a movie …….. what a relief , I am only the observer , its not happening to me , I was just enjoying the experience ……………………………… My friend you had a near enlightening experience ………. ……….

Life is a projection of truth on the magical mirror called the Mind. We see what the mind shows us and call it reality. The mind is the most spontaneous and equipped movie maker that can ever be . Each moment of our existence is like an independent shot , in every shot the consciousness that we are experiences , every moment is full and perfect in its own…………. But we are not able to give each moment its complete importance , we either keep longing for the ideal next moment or repenting for the imperfect last moment …………..in  each moment UNAWARE of us , the mind keeps linking each moment to the past or future moments and makes a story out of it . Like every other movie each story the mind formulates rotates around a central character which we call …”I”…….it is nothing but a script which spontaneously the mind keeps preparing from the past memories. If life is lived shot to shot , we would be 100 percent present in each moment , there would be no room for the unaware longing and guilt , each moment would be full of joy , as now the joy would be from living to the fullest and not from the outcome of the act of living .

If not for the mind , this Universe would not have any life story , all of us are just consciousness. Every moment the consciousness that we are lives. Life story is a spontaneous linking  of all such moments by the mind , thus relating every moment to the “ME” .The question is for each one of us to ponder upon ………Who Am I !......... the “ME” which the mind has scripted or the consciousness that lives every moment . Just be still and look at your existence , you will be able to observe how you are experiencing each present breath, and how smartly the mind is dividing them into a past, present and future by linking it to the script called the ego …….”ME”………..

Mind is the swiftest Movie Maker. It is a tool which is to be used . You are the consciousness, the power , the potential, the source , the Director that can use the tool efficiently and make a movie that will fulfill the purpose of your existence and uplift the spirit of humanity. But most of us are being used by this tool , we are running endlessly after the tempting mirages created by it , unaware of who we are and why are we here……………….

Its time now , just question your own life , observe how life is happening , ask why are you running and where are you reaching in this endless race . Take control of your life and start Living ………………. The moment when suddenly you are awakened ,” Oh I am not the “ME” to which it is all happening , I am the life which lives each moment to the fullest , It was just a movie”……………….
