Unless and until we are in the state of consciousness, we can never be in the state of “Here and Now”. Being in the state of “Here and Now” without consciousness is not possible; otherwise, it will lead us to the delirium, which again makes us non-existent. So, the right approach is firstly to endeavor to learn as how to be in the state of consciousness. Once, we are in the state of consciousness, we will be in the state of “Here and Now” without doing any effort.
