I find meditation practice and the spiritual path particularly rewarding. It has been central to my life for decades. Buddhist scriptures have a distinctive monastic flavour. I have done my best to translate their themes into a form more suitable for ordinary people living in this modern Western world. I make my home in the forest in Queensland, Australia.
