Keep this list handy and enlighten your day—everyday 1. Identify one small problem in your life, one item on your things to do list, and solve it by the time the sun goes down today. 2. Find a new home for one item cluttering your life—even if it’s the recycle bin. 3. Play devil’s advocate to one of your own ideas. 4. Remember your life-long dream. 5. Take one small action in the direction of that goal. 6. Give yourself 5 minutes (or longer) to do nothing. 7. Recognize your connections to the world and people around you. 8. Do something that you want to do just because you want to do it.
