I asked my neighbor what are the things that calms his mind
(his response)hit a box or blow things up on video games. I said what would be less boring but still is calming eating your favorite food go swimming, bike riding your favorite sport watch your favorite movie. Or for women try some yoga but all together just try having FUN the three letter word most people don't think about when in a temper attack just do what you think is FUN and your mind will calm itself.

Chanting calms and clears my mind from both stress and negative thoughts. I learned how to chant from a book written by Dr. Sha called Soul Communication. But I like to have fun as well.
