Q: When I meditate, I feel like I am gone someplace else. It is very pleasant, and it is gradually changing my view of life. Where am I when I meditate? What is being added to me?

A: When we meditate we are allowing the mind to naturally bring our awareness out of the familiar realm of time and space to the realm of unadulterated bliss consciousness. Consciousness is neither time nor space. We could say it is the infinite dimension underlying the world we perceive with our physical senses. Besides having no boundaries, it is eternally "now." Consciousness is another dimension beyond time and space – we could call it the fifth dimension. With meditation, we are gradually marrying the fifth dimension of consciousness with the four dimensions of time and space, so all five dimensions come to coexist together. Our nervous system is gradually cultured to give us the experience of all five dimensions simultaneously. This has profound implications in our everyday life. Before meditating, everything we did was in time and space.

All our action, our problem solving, was limited to the four dimensions. The options we saw before us were always time and space limited. With meditation, we are bringing in an additional dimension, consciousness. It makes a big difference. Now we see situations in ways we could not see before. We are able to influence the course of life in ways we could not before. Imagine you are trying to solve a puzzle lying on a table. You are looking at it in two dimensions, on the flat surface of the table. Try as you may, the pieces won't fit together. Then a friend walks into the room and says, "Try this." She picks up two edges of the puzzle and curls them together above the table, and they fit together perfectly. By moving into the third dimension, the space above the table, the puzzle has been solved easily. Life is like that. Dealing with it only in time and space, four dimensions, it is often an unsolvable puzzle. We go round and round, never quite getting the pieces to fit together.

When we begin to meditate, we are adding a new dimension, a new perspective. Then the pieces start to fit together, and it all begins to make sense. The guru is in you. Note: For detailed instructions on deep meditation, see the AYP Deep Meditation book. http://aypsite.com/36.html
Q: Sometimes I see colored lights in pranayama, and hear sounds too. Yesterday I heard a crashing sound inside my chest and everything turned a glowing golden color. Then I was filled with a delicious humming sound. It was so beautiful. What am I supposed to do when these experiences come over me? A: Such experiences are wonderful. In time they will commingle with us in daily activity for our constant enjoyment. During practice, we welcome them and then gently go back to our procedure of pranayama, our spinal breathing. Keep in mind that we are engaged in a process involving causes and effects in our practice. If we favor the cause, the procedure, the effects will grow both in practice and outside it. If we favor the effects (the lights, sounds, and whatever else might come up), we will no longer be engaged in the causes, and further progress will be hampered. In our current practices we are doing two things. First, in pranayama, we are purifying and opening the spinal nerve, which, in turn, cultivates all the nerves in our body. Second, in meditation, we are permeating our entire body with pure, silent bliss consciousness. From these two actions, everything else comes up. How and when it comes up is a function of the unique process of purification going on in our nervous system. It is unique because we each have our own distribution of inhibiting obstructions embedded in our nervous system. How it comes out is anyone?s guess. But it will come out if we keep doing pranayama and meditation. This is not to say that experiences of light and sound are bogus. Not at all. If they are of the nature of a ?peak experience,? you may consider them to be glimpses of truth you see as you are peeking between the clouds. In practices, you are in the business of removing the clouds. While you are doing that, you will get these glimpses. The more clouds you remove, the more common the glimpses will become. In time, there will be no clouds left, and the view of ecstatic beauty will be constant. Then all of life will be a peak experience. The experiences that come up along the way to enlightenment should be regarded as milestones, indicators of progress that will inspire us to carry on with our practice. Once we zoom on past them, they have already served their purpose, and we are on to a new level. Maybe we will want to stop once in a while to enjoy the view. If we stop and look, that?s okay. Soon we will be back in the car and on our way again. Some traditions put much attention on experiences of light and sound, using them as objects of meditation. When they are not there, then they are imagined and meditated on. It becomes a goal to see certain visions. While this may be a valid approach for some, it is not the practice we are doing here in these lessons. Our goal is to keep it as simple and effective as possible. We want to be using as few levers as possible, the main ones that trigger the natural abilities within us that open the inner doors. There is only so much we can do at once, and do well. If we bog our attention down trying to do too many things, our progress can easily stall. This is why we first do the simple procedure of pranayama, and then do the simple procedure of meditation. If we do these correctly, everything else will happen automatically. When the Wright Brothers were methodically going through the process of inventing the first successful airplane, one of their biggest challenges was in identifying the least number of levers necessary to control the airplane?s pitch, roll, and yaw. After much trial and error, they got it down to just a few controls that anyone could handle with some training. The principles the Wright Brothers mastered are still used today in modern aircraft. What we are doing here is the same. If we try and manage everything that is happening in pranayama and meditation, we will have no chance of success. If we identify the basic controls necessary to open the nervous system fully to pure bliss consciousness, and use them faithfully, well then, the sky will be the limit. The natural principles that govern human spiritual transformation have always been, and will always be. They exist in each one of us. Finding the levers has been a hit or miss affair for humanity for thousands of years. Now is the time for us, the human race, to get our collective act together on this. Speaking of levers, next we will be adding a layer of new practices to our pranayama session. But before we do that we need to develop some understanding of what these practices are for. So, let?s get a good running start, and take a flying leap into the deep end of the swimming pool. Ready? The guru is in you. Q: It is the strangest thing. I am doing spinal breathing, going up and down in the tiny little nerve, and the next thing I know I am in this huge blissful space, I think still going up and down, but I'm not sure. I'm not even sure I'm still breathing, but there is no discomfort. On the contrary, it feels fantastic. Am I still in the nerve when this happens? A: Yes, you are still in the nerve. It is a very big little nerve. An amazing paradox. The inner dimension of it contains galaxies. Yet, you are sitting there on your seat doing this simple pranayama procedure in such a tiny channel in your body. If your breathing naturally suspends in that situation it is okay. Nothing to worry about. The breath will return to normal rate as you return to regular body functioning. We don't force the breath. It finds its own level according to the state of our nervous system during practices. Sometimes the breath may not settle down much in pranayama. That is fine. We just go with it wherever it is, breathing as slowly and deeply as we comfortably can. Other times it may settle down right away. It all depends on the cleaning out process that is going on inside at that time. Be nice to yourself when doing pranayama. The benefits do not come from practicing heroically in a session. They come from practicing comfortably like clockwork in many sessions over months and years. Slow and steady wins the race. It is a glorious mystery, this human nervous system we have -- our doorway to the infinite. All we need to know is which levers to pull every day. A couple of lessons from now we will begin to explore further means to systematically awaken that great realm within us. As we continue to practice, the play of pure bliss consciousness will become more and more dynamic inside. It will also become increasingly perceptible in our daily activities. That is when we might be seen singing and dancing down the street for no apparent reason at all. The guru is in you. Why does watching a bird soar through the air instill such a sense of awe? Why does the sound of chimes, the crash of an ocean wave, or the trickle of a fountain instill such deep peace? I am sure a researcher could give you some biological explanation for the effect, or a therapist could create a psychological explanation, but from the soul perspective it is pretty straight forward… you are having a soul memory.

Though these physical lives are very significant for each soul that chooses them, the reality is they are only a small fragment of the life of the soul. We spend a much larger portion of our time in the non-physical realm. It serves the soul on many levels to forget the non-physical life and previous lives on earth when first arriving this time around. It allows the soul to experience the life “anew” and play the part it agreed to play to more effectively experience the lessons it chose this time around. But there are some soul memories that remain though we may not understand them as such.

The familiarity of the soaring bird reflects our non-physical life where there is no heavy gravity and we are weightless. This also explains why so many of us have flying dreams where we just seem to be able to “turn on a switch” or shift our consciousness in some way and up we go into the air.

The sound of the chimes and crash of the ocean wave is a soul memory of the non-physical as well. Others who have been regressed to the time between lives through hypnotherapy often describe a consistent calming sound like the ocean, chimes or otherworldly instruments with a sweet, calming sound.

So, now that you understand how these precious experiences reflect a beautiful connection to our greater home, I hope you take the time to appreciate them even more. Take the time to really soak up the higher vibration they elicit. Ground in their healing effects. They are one of the many supportive tools we are provided in this physical life to help us remember who we truly are and what our natural state really feels like. They are our beacons home. Not back to the home between lives (that will happen all on its own in time), but they, instead are a reminder that we choose to be incarnated at this auspicious time to create that experience of “home” right here on earth. That, my friends, that is the calling of the times… http://expandingjoycoaching.com/blog/

Q: What is the ultimate destination of meditation, how will experiences evolve along the way, and how long will it take to complete the journey?

A: The ultimate destination is enlightenment. What is enlightenment? A state of balanced union between our two natures: pure bliss consciousness, and our sensory involvement on this physical earth. That is the definition of yoga, and the destination of all religion. The evolution of experiences is a complex and personal journey, but has a certain pattern to it. There are three identifiable stages: First comes the rise of silence from regular meditation. It is also experienced as an increasingly steady state of peace, happiness and bliss. Most of all it is experienced as an inner stability that is not shaken by any outer experience. Inner silence is the foundation for further experiences that are facilitated by additional advanced yoga practices that awaken the silence of pure bliss consciousness to a dynamic state in our nervous system. Second comes the rise of ecstatic experience in the body and surroundings. It comes from an awakening of the life force in the body and a gradual refinement of sensory perception.

Through pranayama (breath control) and other means, meditation is enhanced so that the senses are opened in an inward direction, enabling us to perceive the ecstatic energies coursing within and around us. You could say that silence moves within us, and this creates a new and captivating kind of experience. During this stage, appreciation for the divine flow of life is naturally heightened, leading to increased desire to enter and merge with the deepening sensory experience. One surrenders to the process as it advances, and this accelerates it.

The second stage is like falling into an endless abyss of ecstasy. We function in the world with increasing joy as our attention becomes absorbed in the ever-present living beauty moving beneath the surface of all things. For us, the boundaries are dissolving. Third, as our attention comes to reside naturally in the omnipresent, undulating blissful silence in all things, we become that ever-present harmony. We find our own self to be the essence of all things. This is the experience of unity, union, enlightenment. The world does not disappear. It becomes transparent. Boundaries become like veils, thinly covering the essence of life, which we have come to know as an expression of our own nature. Can we still act in the world? Yes, but our motives are different than before when we could only see ourself as separate. We now act in the interest of a broader self. In doing so, we may seem to become selfless.

The truth is that we always are acting for our own self-interest. But our self has become universal, so our interest is for the whole of humanity, and for the whole of life. From the beginning of advanced yoga practices (and perhaps even before), we may experience shades of any of these three stages, depending on the dynamics of our unique purification process. We may experience elements of all three stages at the same time.

Over time, we come to recognize the telltale experiences as mileposts on the way to enlightenment. There will be many more sub-mileposts discussed as we get into additional advanced yoga practices. The mileposts are useful to keep us going, to keep us inspired and regular in our daily practices. The mileposts are not so useful for proclaiming, "Today I am here along the road to enlightenment." Indeed, we may well be, but it will only be significant when we have gone past there and our experience has become permanent and unnoticed. When the experience becomes natural and normal it becomes real. It is life as we are meant to live it.

The mileposts will be dissolved in the journey. Enlightenment, ultimately, is not so much about the mileposts. It is about enjoying becoming that which we always were. If you made that trip to California we were talking about earlier, would you spend your time marveling about how you got there? Probably not. Much better to enjoy the beauty of California. However, it is useful to review the particulars of the long journey for the benefit of others. After all, everyone emanates from the same divine consciousness as we do, so we are naturally concerned that all should have a safe and speedy journey. Jesus said, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." The truth is that all others are you. So this is not only good moral advice, it is good practical advice.

Experientially, we come to know that others are our own self as our inner doors are opened to the divine realms within. How long does the journey take? It depends mainly on us -- on our past actions that have produced the obstructions lodged deep in our nervous system, and on what we do from now on. We can't change the past. But we can do much in the present that will shape our future. No one else can make the choice but us. If we take up advanced yoga practices with sincere devotion, there will be a new direction in our life.

Once we have committed ourselves unswervingly to the path, it is only a matter of time. Then we see it is not even so much about the final destination. It is about experiencing increasing joy each day, each month, and each year. This is a path of bliss, a path of pleasure, as we naturally unfold from within. Get on it and begin to enjoy the ride today. You will get to the end, bye and bye.

Divinity- a sacred incentive

It has scientifically been claimed that a supernatural influence exists that is controlling the universe. A blind person can feel the aura of nature but he can?t see it and What are those feelings? In my opinion, a feeling is a spiritual word that describes the presence of God. But how can feelings describe God? When you say its love, it means you are connected to that thing/person you love through a bridge called God. When you say its passion, it means you can sense your zeal and this zeal is God. When your inside knows that you are the most beautiful person in the whole world then your inside is God. Here beauty is concerned with the wholesomeness of your heart. In this petite piece of writing, I want to give an activity for those who desire to feel the feelings- >close your eyes >ponder a thing/person you desire/love/think about >see yourself in your mind's eye with that thing/person on a place where you would like to perceive this >take deep breath >Now sense the aura. It is the Divinity!
Q: Pranayama has been going smooth for me, and my breathing gets very slow. But something strange is happening. It feels like air is accumulating in my belly, and my intestines are making strange gurgling noises. That?s not all. I?ve noticed a glowing mint-like sensation there too. What?s happening? A: This is an excellent sign of progress. It means that prana is being drawn up from your pelvic region into the digestive system, and air is being drawn in to mix with the prana. You have food in there too, of course. Prana, air, and food; these are the three elements that fuel a new process that occurs in our digestive system as our body transforms to a higher state of functioning. Actually, it is the activation of the belly chakra. In Sanskrit, the language of the ancient wisdom of India, it is called, ?manipura,? which means, ?city of jewels,? referring to the glowing sensation you described. The Chinese are less romantic about it; in Taoism it is called ?the cauldron,? referring to the mixing and cooking that goes on in the belly. By whatever name, it is a tangible process in the body that is stimulated by advancements in pranayama and meditation. As our body and nervous system gradually become purified, breath naturally begins to suspend, and a new kind of biology comes up in us. But to what end? We know that mind and body are connected. The condition of our nervous system determines what we can experience. Advanced yoga practices work to purify and open the nervous system. This is not separate from our biological functioning. As we transform neurologically, biological transformations will occur also. In the ancient scriptures, there are references to inner alchemy and to magical substances called ?soma? and ?nectar? arising in the body. These are biological substances that are produced as the body transforms to a higher state. The process that comes up in the digestive system is one of the primary producers of refined biological essences in the body. From the digestive system, these essences go out and play a central role in further biological and neurological transformations throughout the body. We can readily observe these essences working in our body both during practice, and in daily activity. We witness the transformation going on within through our refining senses. In time, the distinction between the body and the witness (our pure bliss consciousness) becomes blurred. They become one continuum. This transformation is as much biological as it is spiritual. The two are aspects of the same reality. So, we should not be surprised as biological transformations occur in us in connection with our journey. No stone will be left unturned as we enter our new life in yoga -- union. For thousands of years humanity has regarded enlightenment as something that is for a chosen few, as coming from somewhere else, or from someone else ? a mysterious spiritual blessing that arrives like magic on the doorsteps of the anointed ones. This is an incorrect view of humanity and its capabilities. It is self-limiting. In this scientific age, we will come to know the process of spiritual transformation for what it really is ? the result of a systematic application of specialized knowledge. The truth is that we all have equal access to the divine life through our human nervous system. You can choose to be anointed if you are willing to do the work that goes with it -- the work of applying the knowledge of human transformation, which is doing spiritual practices every day. The guru is in you. Note: For detailed instructions on spinal breathing, see the AYP Spinal Breathing Pranayama book. ~Quantum Psychological Case Study Of An Online Bipolar Sociopath ~ Have you ever had someone out to destroy themselves and used you as a conduit? Have you ever had an obsessed stalker? Ever come across someone online so vile and wretched their actions made you sick to your stomach? Ever wanted to study that person and wonder why they do what they do? The observer of this story did. Why can only be answered with what the case study revealed itself . The case study himself was an adult male, 31,Caucasian and american. Early on in the case study he exhibited behaviors of a strong capacity for need for ?control?. He was observed to be bored ,agoraphobic and very helpless. This became a light work mission . It was revealed for the observer that none should be depraved of a guide on the path of oneness and that all as we are one deserve that same chance you would want for yourself to another . Witnessed by the observer was his action exhibited playing out his delusion or ?idea? to the ?target? dramatizing that he is with a mate or his original rejecter ? this being a root? of his current dramatization from the story in his head programmed by that root. Case study exhibited she is there in physical with him together. In his mind each new ?target? is still that ?original root?. He then continues to dramatize that root and his upbringing root from a ?controlling father combined with that root of original first rejection and unfaithfullness to each new ?target?. To counteract his need for control it was observed to simply ignore him giving him no energy in return rendering him to face his reality and ?roots?. Further on in the case study it was revealed by the male that he was an admitted rapist. Case study then exhibited to rebuke this contraction he had admitted and it is not known whether there are physical targets or not. A long case study in it?s experiential works. This is the story of an online bipolar sociopath , bipolar defined as those in fight or flight syndrome. A sociopath as one who is affected with a personality disorder marked by antisocial behavior. Those being the following as exhibited in observation by the observer through the case study himself. -Glibness and Superficial Charm -Manipulative and Conning -They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their target as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their targets. `Grandiose Sense of Self -Feels entitled to certain things as "their right." -Pathological Lying -Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own self. -Extremely convincing. -Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Shallow Emotions -When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises. -Incapacity for Love. -Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their targets. -attention seekers, playing role of victim for attention to grab new targets ,having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them. Using the rescuer and then turning into an attempter of mind control and emotional manipulation. -Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature ,playing abused and abuser, alternating with small expressions of love and approval in vicious cycle as they play out roots programmed on them through the early developmental stages of life. -Irresponsibility/Unreliability Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed and choices made that were all their own, for they have only themselves to blame. -Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity. -Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle. This is not to say these things can?t be changed ,but that?s up to the individual to do through transmutation. But as in multidimensional integration anything is possible and can be transmuted and balanced and cleared. Interpersonal connection observations revealed the following. A normal man when with a women moves on having no need to rehearse his drama, but in this case study was exhbited separation anxiety from oneness . Basically, he suffered in his attempts to put himself back together and that is what he is trying to do when he is projecting his roots and dramatizations as did by the case study. Case study exhibited to be in himself is triggered by confident women and immediately feels insecure . His true persona is visible to him . Case study exhibited a tendency for ?apathy?. Case study also exhibited reactions in his fight mechanism manifesting enormous dramatizations of attention seeking where he plays ?the victim?, using these manifestations to exploit his target through public embaressment and harassment in the online community. Exhibited by the case study was a lover of lifestyle recklessness ,a user of drugs such as marijuana and cloves and when the observer went undercover online was witness to hearing use of cocaine. Exhibited by the case study was a behavior He will try and torture his target into submission for control and power. He will play on roots of the target once they are known to him such as jealousy, personal insecurities , and has a driving hatred too for women who act as ?sluts?, in his mind . His idea of a ?slut? is defined as his roots of infidelity from his experiences with a past relationship in which the women was ,?unfaithful?. exhibited further and observed was a case study of his roots which show inability to trust women ,which in retrospect, serve as the catalysts for his behavior . Further revealed case study exhibited to feel ?worthless? and in his mind he is ?the slut?. Observed further in his actions exhibited was the following. Case study is driven and excited by those who show ?unwillingness?. The ?unwilling? drives him very to jealous rageful fits, which then drive him to exploit his target when they do not ?cooperate?. Case study was observed to show actions of a stalker, and predatory animal. He will follow his ?target? until he gets desired results ?fulfilling? his fantasy for control. He tries to be charming. Other observations brought about one event a few years prior where case study was said to have ?driven his target to suicide ?, as he played out his roots to her in order to full fill his need for ?control? . in other words that target was ?believing ? his projections of his own ?idea? and feel to entanglement mentally and emotionally through his projection. Case study exhibited the following through his projection ,a sufferer of attention seeking with personality disorder of factitious disorder by proxy. Insecure and emotionally immature people often exhibit bullying behaviours, especially manipulation and deception. These are necessary in order to obtain attention which would not otherwise be forthcoming. Bullies and harassers have the emotional age of a young child and will exhibit temper tantrums, deceit, lying and manipulation to avoid exposure of their true nature and to evade accountability and sanction as case study did in observers view. He plays this The mind-poisoner: adept at poisoning peoples' minds by manipulating the perceptions of others, especially against a current target. And The rescuer: he's the one who will dash in and "rescue" people whenever the moment is opportune - to himself, that is. he then gains gratification from basking in the glory of his humanitarian actions. He will prey on any person suffering misfortune, , illness, injury, or anyone who has a vulnerability. The act of rescue and thus the opportunities for gaining attention can be enhanced if others are excluded from the act of rescue; this helps create a dependency relationship between the rescuer and rescued which can be exploited for further acts of rescue (and attention) later. When not in rescue mode, the rescuer exhibited to be resentful, even contemptuous, of the person he is rescuing. He tries to mind poison you and then rescue you from it .This was exhibited from the case study as a vicious circle of roots dramatized upon him from childhood in which he now dramatizes and projects upon female interpersonal connections. He exhibited behavior to belittle his target ,then attempt to pick her up . Exhibited by the case study was a web creation of mental, emotional and spiritual entanglement where he will try to draw one in to that web. This is the story of his mind. Dramatizing every insecurity he has at the target to take it off himself in malicious deceptive mind and then plays the loving man as he tries to control a target to his level and will stop at no level doing so just so he feels in control, secure and gratified to take focus off his own very scared self, insecure and an inability to gain control over himself. He is unable to be trusted and in doing so with others shows he does not trust himself. So he uses online cyber bullying as his smoke screen to himself. Case study exhibited behavior to the observer as like the btk . Not in essence a serial killer or capable, more very incapable, but bind ,torture and kill ?attempted? upon his proposed targets spirit and in way of mentality and emotionally . But as mentioned above regarding case study ,key word here was ?attempt?. For if the target of this case studies intention is ?unwilling? to ?believe ? his dramatic cries for attention and projection he was observed to be very hostile and angry and then feels a sense of ?failure?. Case study exhibited a ?retreat mentality? action when he feels this sense of ?failure?. For in essence after he feels this ?failure from control or domination over his target he is then only left with his roots and own insecurities he tried to project, for then they have no place to go, but back to him. For where there is no evolutional energy given life will cease and disperse. Case study was observed as a being who is highly capable of transmutation ,but lacks ?willingness? of spirit within to transmute ,for opposite all this the case study also carries within and is home to the same non-utilitarian love we all are as one . Case study further exhibited mental ?ideas? as feeling worthless about himself, and breaks trust because he feels worthless and cant trust his own heart in himself .Until he has that in himself he is not capable of having intimate interpersonal connection with females . Case study also exhibited a strong bisexual impulse but with roots of ?hesitation? is incapable of fulfilling his ?bisexual? fantasies for reason of his ?inferiority complex? among males, stemming from roots of childhood upbringing due to a ?controlling? male father figure. That seed of a ?controlling male father figure? is his deepest stem of reason for his dramatization of projection upon his targets. For when the case study transmutes this vestige he will no longer exhibit a spiritual impotence of the heart and no longer be bound to this root . Case study subject also showed jealousy in interpersonal connections with women when they were in contact with other men . Subject displayed extreme jealousy and would revert to using alternate identities to have a channel for dramatization of these extreme jealousies . In this dramatization subject also displayed signs of multiple personality disorder. Subject exhibited tactless and clumsy to the observer in dramatization. To an untrained eye it would have seen two different subjects. But easy connection of dots through statements, personality display and dramatization let the observer witness it was indeed the same subject. These dots were connected through statements the subject would state ranging from astral rape to physical sodomy at his targets connected to his roots of trauma reliving the anger and torture put upon him from his past. Subject also exhibited an extreme jealousy of others secure and confident showing subject has a severe inferiority complex among women secure and confident in themselves. Subjects dramatizations toward them ranged from as above degrading statements of rape to actions of ?attempting? to control their minds and thoughts. Subject displayed charm and would ?attempt? to gain their trust this way . Key word being ?attempt?. It was observed that giving the subjects ?attempts? no energy let them cease and no control could be had over one?s mind by way of the subject of this case study rendering him powerless and back to his own thoughts and realities. The subject exhibited women are only instruments to use at his disposal for gratification of his own ego and sexuality using methods of tantra to ?attempt? to convince his targets it was of spiritual significance to engage with him in online sexual acts. Subjects tantra tool was simply another tool used where subject displayed no compassion showing selfishness. Subject displayed strong obsessive compulsive tendencies with female interpersonal connections. The subject also displayed a strong liking for using computer hacking as a means to ?attempt? to destroy strong and secure women he was in connection with. This being another dramatization of his roots of a father of domination over him and combined with a relationship that left him unable to trust women. Subject then in turn plays out these roots continuously in an effort to take focus off himself and focus off his own pain from past roots. The case study is bound to himself and restrained by his own ?ideas ? and ?roots? producing an instant inner duality which will remain for as long as this case study resists his own heart and inner evolution keeping himself in separation and in the hold of the matrix illusion under the shroud of the veil. But all observed by this case study the observer has come to learn from this is taking a stand for women everywhere and the things they can notice when getting to know men online and if he exhibits things like this to be aware and if at anytime feel uncomfortable feel free to cut off communication and clear ties . After personally taking this journey the observer feels it is part of dharma as a light worker to share what is out there and why it is important to be aware of the interpersonal connections made online, or out in the world. In conclusion of this case study it brought into retrospect that when you know someone is not trustworthy its best to say goodbye permanently. It shows you how much in the end you love you and loving you means not letting others project their ?ideas? or ?their story? upon your being. It means de-teaching and not making it personal to you ,when it is their story, not yours. For if the love is not within you and alive flowing as per this case study . When you have that love for you , you are able to then share it with another. It begins with you being the key to the portal of divine through you. Further then extending out around you as you manifest that love within yourself for you . Case study revealed for observer that allowing them to be your friend when you know they have gone behind your back and betrayed your trust is no longer an option. These can be deemed as ?healthy lifestyle preferences?. But it did reveal that forgiven is best from a heart that is non-utilitarian, but letting go and letting be is best as along side a healthy preference as is multi dimensional integration . This shows no resentment and lets things ?just be? as you go forward on your journey. It?s healthy to forgive ,holding no resentment and letting go and shows non-utilitarian love for you and the other . It also prevents it from awareness to never happen again . For experience is our teacher and guide and all the wisdom we carry in our hearts comes from that experience. For it is as the suns sets on the old ,so one rises to a new dawn golden and free basking in the golden dawn of triumph in freedom from release of the old . This has been a very long case study but well worth the invested time and reminded Spiritually to witness we are all one ,but in essence its only another who can do their inner work. We can not do it for them. The largest realization taken from all this, another?s story is just that, a story through the eyes of the experiencer of that story and each experience will be one?s own truth. This concludes the story of an online bipolar sociopath case study from the eyes of the observer. By Quantum Goddess Of Light
