    Falling into Infinite Bliss

The best part is not that you fall ,hit the ground and start walking again. The best part is that you fall and keep falling and realize you are the falling itself. That there is no center to fall back on. That there is nothing there. And when there is nothing there, there is pure consciousness and the radiance of life shines forth like a thousand suns.

Resting In What is Naturally Here

Whatever you do (for spiritual practice) its always moving into resting in the naturalness of this moment. That naturalness, that allowing of what is naturally here to be is so important. It evaporates the illusion of duality.

    Letting Go of Thoughts

Holding on to a thought whether it be an idea, a judgment, keeps you feeling separate from the peace that you are. In practicing letting of of your thoughts, you can remain in your natural state of pure consciousness.

    Truth vs Illusion

In life, there is always this misconception of truth and a refusal to believe that you can see the illusion. That may sound confusing at first, but the truth is, that the truth is harder to find in your life because you must seek it out and the illusion is easier to find. It is the easier road to take because illusion is placed in your life for you. There are many factors that take away the truth in your life and replace it with illusion and the biggest factor in our view is fear.

    Forced Connections vs Choice Connections

As you have forced connections and choice connections in your life, the purpose of your life is to diminish the forced connections and increase the choice connections. It is meant to free yourself of having to have forced connections, of having to go through situations just to get through. Life will never be simple, but choosing a different perspective to view it in will make it less and less difficult to function. You have the power within to decide what your life will look like, who will be in that life, who you choose to have a relationship or connection with.

    Offensive Living Vs. Defensive Living

Are you learning out of love or are you reacting to life’s situations out of fear?

    Realizing the Bliss of Nondoing

In nondoing, in relaxing, we're not adding to this moment, we're not trying to manipulate this moment in any way. We're allowing our experience of existing in this moment to be.

    Parameters of Possibilities

The time upon which you find yourself is a time to erase the parameters of possibilities (societal rules, beliefs, and limitations). These are drawn throughout your life and continue to be reinforced. Who draws them and why? The parameters (lines) are drawn using ‘pencils of possibilities’. The pencils can be reporters, politicians, teachers, physicians, parents, or anyone else of authority or influence. A few examples of these parameters of possibilities are that ‘you are not good enough’, ‘if you don’t go to college you will never amount to anything’ or ‘just get a job to get by, your dreams can wait”.

    Life Transitions

Does the unknown scare you enough that you settle with the life you have instead of moving forward onto the life you desire? Transitions in life are those times on your path when decisions bring more decisions, affecting more decisions and so forth. Surrounding these decisions are emotions of uncertainty. Which choice should I make? Which way should I go? Am I doing the right thing?

    Universal Light Universal Consciousness

At one level, that light shines from the center of your being. So every apparent individual form is shining that same light from its own center. The fun part is at another level, that light shines from no center. It shines for all infinity everywhere. So then there is no fixed point of perception.
